What a wonderful evening with the AIANY Women in Architecture Committee! We were thrilled to celebrate Ninoshka Henriques, Assoc. AIA, Senior Associate at WRNS, who took center stage for our Design & Leadership spotlight this month.

Ninoshka walked us through the thoughtful design of Princeton University’s Frist Health Center—a stunning example of adaptive reuse and hybrid mass timber construction that sits at the very heart of campus. More than just a health facility, the project was conceived as both a literal and symbolic centerpiece, weaving health and well-being into the fabric of daily student life and fostering a true “culture of wellness” for the Princeton community.

The evening rounded out with committee announcements and plenty of energizing conversation during our networking reception—a reminder of why this community continues to inspire.

Thank you to Ninoshka for sharing her work and leadership with us, and to everyone who joined for making the night such a success. See you next month!
