03.30.16: The closing program for “Structures of Coastal Resilience” featured project leaders, including Paul Lewis, AIA, of LTL Architects and Princeton University, discussing resilient proposals for coastal environments in the North Atlantic Region.

03.28.16: At the March Oculus Book Talk, Nina Rappaport, Publications Director at the Yale School of Architecture and author of Vertical Urban Factory, was joined in conversation by Damon Rich, the former Planning Director and Chief Urban Designer for the City of Newark, now Principal of the urban design, planning & civic arts studio Hector Design Service.

03.28.16: John McAslan, RIBA, Int’l. Assoc. AIA, Chairman and Founder of London- and Eidinburgh-based John McAslan + Partners, presented his firm’s international conservation work at an event organized by the AIANY Historic Buildings Committee.

03.23.16: New Practices New York 2016 award winner Benjamin Cadena, principal of Studio Cadena, discussed how his practice uses architecture as a tool to reconnect people to each other and their surroundings in a conversation with Jing Liu, principal of SO-IL, held at the Cosentino Showroom.
