VIA 57WEST by BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group, received the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat’s Best Tall Buildings America Award…The Met Breuer, originally designed by Marcel Breuer and restored by Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners, and the United Nations Headquarters’ façade restoration by Heintges & Associates were recipients of DOCOMOMO US Modernism in America awards…The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design, in association with The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies, named the 2016 Green Good Design Awards winners, which included NYC-based BanG studio for the Billion Oyster Pavilion; Rogers Partners for Henderson-Hopkins School; and Robert A.M. Stern Architects for Tour Carpe Diem…WXY architecture + urban design was honored with the Battery Medal for Design Excellence at The Battery Conservancy’s annual gala.

The Illuminating Engineering Society’s New York City Section (IESNYC) 2016 Lumen Awards honored Tillotson Design Associates; Fisher Marantz Stone; Domingo Gonzalez Associates; KGM Architectural Lighting; One Lux Studio; BuroHappold, Orsman Design; Christine Scuilli; ICRAVE Lighting; Cooley Monato Studio; Cline Bettridge Bernstein Lighting Design; and Arup.
