2015 has been a year of great change and growth for AIANY and the Center for Architecture. This year, we watched the newly-formed Center for Architecture grow with a number of well-reviewed exhibitions and an off-site pop-up location at the South Street Seaport’s Culture District; we saw our membership grow to more than 5,200 architects and allied professionals; and, more recently, we gained a new executive director, Ben Prosky.
On 12.15.15, AIANY will celebrate the achievements of 2015 and present a preview of what’s to come in 2016 at the 2016 AIA New York Board Inaugural. Rossant will pass the gavel to 2016 President Carol Loewenson, FAIA, LEED AP, partner at Mitchell | Giurgola Archictects. Please join us as we welcome our new executive director Benjamin Prosky and incoming board members, and thank exiting members for their outstanding leadership contributions to the Chapter. A celebratory reception will follow.
