06.08.13: The Head in the Clouds Pavilion – the City of Dreams Pavilion competition winner – opened on Governor's Island as a part of FIGMENT NYC 2013. Based on the popular television show “The Iron Chef,” the Iron Designer Challenge raised funds to support the design program of the School of Design and Construction.
