Michael Hess has joined Perkins Eastman as Principal.
Magnusson Architecture and Planning has promoted Brian Loughlin, AIA, APA, Director of Planning and Urban Design, to Associate Principal. Anthony G. Piscopia, AIA, Director of Housing Preservation, has been promoted to Senior Associate. In addition, Jennifer Yang, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has been elevated to Associate and Carolina Ortiz to Data Manager. Lara Caballero Sayalero, CPHC; Iris Wang, AIA, LEED Green Associate; Sean Roper; and Teresa Santas, AIA, NCARB, have been promoted to Project Manager.

Andrés Jaque, Founding Principal of Office for Political Innovation, has been named the next dean of the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.
Alison Landry, AIA, has been appointed to the new position of Associate Commissioner of Alternative Delivery at the NYC Department of Design and Construction.
Yetsuh Frank will be leaving his role as Managing Director at Building Energy Exchange to join the sustainability consulting firm EVORA Global.
