Carole Agate, Senior Resident of Cornerstone Cohousing in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Grace Kim, Architect, Founding Principal, Schemata Workshop in Seattle. Grace has completed co-housing projects and has served on the board of The Cohousing Association, a national not-for-profit organization.
Jim Leach, President, Wonderland Hill Development Company (WHDC), Boulder, Colorado. WHDC has been developing co-housing communities in the western United States for over 20 years.

Moderator:
Patrick B. Han, Architect, Principal, Office ESC. Patrick has served as the Board Vice President (2012-2015) of The Cohousing Association, a national not-for-profit organization.
