Opening Presentation: RICHARD OTTENS of Juniper Communities presents his assisted living community in Bucks County, PA. This project is a complete makeover of an existing facility, transforming it from a tired, outdated facility to an attractive, active new home for seniors.

Rebecca is an urban designer and the Senior Urban Design Manager at the Public Design Commission. Her work is concentrated on design policy and regulatory design review of architecture and urban design projects, with a focus on affordable housing and mixed-use developments.
