The AIA Five
AIA National’s Housing Committee has initiated a new program called “AIA Five.” The program is intended for leaders who would like to sharpen skills, share experiences, offer advice, and learn from their peers in non-competing housing markets about better ways to run a successful business. Program participants will meet via phone conferences three times per year, and a single face-to-face meeting once per year at the AIA National Convention or other setting to share wisdom and learn ways to improve firm operations and increase profitability.
