Open Door Mentor

Mentors participating in the Open Door Mentor program will be invited to panels and roundtables with mentees. Mentors/Firms will also have the opportunity to be featured on the AIA New York website as participants of the program.

Mentors should be prepared to:

• Meet with mentees a minimum of 2x 30-minute mentoring sessions per month. Mentoring session may be virtual or in-person depending on preference.
  • The content of the mentoring sessions will be based on the Mentee Application and topic specific.
• Mentors & Mentees will have the opportunity to schedule a follow up session if more time is needed.
