Open Door Mentor

AIA New York’s Open Door Mentor initiative offers young professionals the opportunity to connect with a mentor in the design profession to seek guidance on various topics including portfolio critique, interview prepping, and questions on firm culture.

Mentors and Mentees will be matched for a 30-minute mentoring session following the completion of the Open Door Mentee Form. Mentors and Mentees will be matched based on a variety of topics and their ability to best respond to a Mentees inquiry per the Mentee Form. Mentoring sessions may be virtual or in-person depending on preference.
