Stewardson Keefe LeBrun Travel Fellowship

Award:
Grant(s) of up to $20,000 will be awarded
Deadline: April 18, 2008.
Purpose: To encourage travel within North America and internationally in furtherance of the architectural education and professional development of the recipients
Eligibility: Applicants must be a U.S. citizen with a degree in architecture, a full time practitioner, either licensed or unlicensed. At least one award will be given to an architectural graduate who received their first professional degree at least five years prior to the date of submission.

Eleanor Allwork Scholarship

Award:
Three grants of $10,000 will be awarded
Deadline: April 18, 2008.
Purpose: Financial aid for deserving students in architecture
Eligibility: Students seeking their first professional degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited school within the State of New York. Students are nominated by the Dean or Chair of their department based on their high level of academic performance and evidence of financial need.

Douglas Haskell Award for Student Journalism

Award:
$5,000
Deadline: April 18, 2008.
Purpose: To perpetuate intelligent writing about design as a means to encourage the development of architects and allied professionals
Eligibility: Any article in a current (within 2 years) publication focused on design issues by a student enrolled in a NAAB accredited school of architecture or related program such as art history, interior design, urban studies and landscape architecture.

Arnold W. Brunner Grant

Award:
Grant(s) of up to $30,000 will be awarded
Deadline: October 24, 2008.
Purpose: Advanced study in any area of architectural investigation which will effectively contribute to the knowledge, teaching or practice of the art and science of architecture
Eligibility: Applicants must be U.S. Citizens engaged in the profession of architecture or a related field and have a professional background more advanced than five years of architectural training or its equivalent.
