Every year, the Chapter awards thousands of dollars to students and professionals alike. Click the menu at the left for details of the various awards.


Getting Licensed:

Visit the New York State Office of the Professions web site for information about the process and for forms. (http://www.op.nysed.gov/arch.htm). If you are seeking a license in another state visit the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards at www.ncarb.org. for links to the appropriate organization. For regular updates on important exam preparation, sign up for NCARB’s electronic newsletter “IDP News” at http://www.ncarb.org/idp/enews/index.html.

The National AIA web site has extensive information and links for those who are working toward licensure. Click here to visit their site. Also, the New York Chapter has some materials available for Associate members to borrow while studying for the exam. Click here for the list and details.
