COPYRIGHT

All drawings, photographs, photocopies, and other physical materials submitted to the competition become the property of ENYA and the New York Chapter of the AIA and will not be returned. Entrants grant the above parties the right to the following activities, but not limited to, reproduction, distribution of copies of the submissions, publication and exhibition.

AGREEMENTS

Entrants recognize the competition's program as the intellectual property of ENYA and the New York Chapter of the AIA and agree to credit the aforementioned parties by name in any subsequent exhibition or publication of materials arising from the project. Further, by entering the competition, the entrant waives any and all claims against the above parties arising out of the competition.

ENYA and the New York Chapter of the AIA do not necessarily endorse, claim implied affiliation, nor are they responsible for, any third-party content that may be accessed through this website.
