Description: Come see how new digital software and hardware tools are impacting the conceptual architectural design process and what effect they may have on your practice. In this informative 2hr session we'll explore the newest version of SketchUp - a software program for PCs and Macs whose highly intuitive user interface is allowing architects to do what they do best -- design as they would with pencil and trace paper -- only digitally!

We'll also look at how SketchUp can be used on a Tablet PC - a handheld, (notebook or slate-style) full-fledged Windows computer that allows you to sketch and write directly on its display screen.
