Loft Living: Lessons from Manhattan to Montevideo

Gabriela Hodara, a graduate architect from ORT University in Montevideo, Uruguay, will present parts of a book awaiting publication (co-authored with Joseph Pell Lombardi)on the architectural and social implications of the residential loft phenomenon from Manhattan to Montevideo, passing through Buenos Aires and Sao Paolo. Ms. Hodara has been active as a professional in Montevideo and has completed architectural internships in New York City.
